1. Genetic Factors of Diabetes Are Not Clear

Thiazolidinediones Pioglitazone: Makes the body more sensitive to the effects of insulin.
Injection Insulin: Decreases the amount of glucose by injection.
According to medical records, these chemical drugs have side effects as follows.
They are harmful to the liver and kidney.
And, they make patients obesity, blood glucose too low and affect the function of digestion.
Moreover, Thiazolidinediones and Pioglitazone may have more side effects such as foot edema, anemia, congestive heart failure, resulting in blurred vision, etc.
The functions of these chemical drugs just control blood glucose and to delay the worsening of diabetes. And, they, not only can't stop progressing of pathological changes but also, can't cure diabetes mellitus.
4. Hypoglycemia and Mortality Increased Make Big Impact on Diabetics
Diabetics, who take chemical drugs to descend blood glucose, easily occurs hypoglycemia condition.
